Shelly Signs
Director |  541-737-0724  |  Shelly.Signs@oregonstate.edu

Shelly has served the needs of OSU through University Events, multiple committees and service organizations, and as Executive Director of OSU's 150th anniversary.   She began her event career when working in a party rental store. Seeing a need for handling the myriad of details involved in a wedding, she wanted to help couples have an event that both met their dreams, but also stayed within budget. These same principles applied in higher education where she next worked for the President’s Office at Washington State University as event coordinator before coming to OSU in May of 2006. Shelly holds a degree in Set and Costume Design for the Stage from Emporia State University in Kansas and she has transferred the impact of the stage to the impact of prestigious events.

Brianna Beene
Event Coordinator |  541-737-6522  |  Brianna.Beene@oregonstate.edu

Brianna has been planning and executing events since her college days - parties for and with friends, club events and meetings, and community-wide  celebrations. She joined the University Events team in 2022. Outside of work, Brianna enjoys being involved with community groups (often, unsurprisingly, planning events), relaxing on the front porch with a good book, or tromping around in the woods or near the river with her dog.

Teri Braun
Event Coordinator |  541-737-7736  |  Teri.Braun@oregonstate.edu

Teri enjoys creating memorable experiences that celebrate spirit, pride and tradition, while also making attendees feel moved and inspired. Prior to joining University Events in 2023, she planned events for Arizona State University's Office of the President and, most recently, oversaw special events for the Boys & Girls Club of Salem. When not planning events, Teri likes to read a good book, cook tasty food and go on nature walks.
