From broadcast commercials to feature documentaries and web videos, we can produce content with emotion, polish and impact. We deliver agency- and studio-quality work at a competitive internal rate of $75/hour.
Commercial and broadcast producers come to Oregon's most beautiful and classic college campus to film a wide range of projects and cover a variety of events. We can staff your production with our seasoned camera operators and producers. Our team has worked on broadcast and feature film productions around the world and can lend their professionalism, time and specialized equipment to your project at a rate of $90/hour.
Our production team features trained divers with experience filming in a variety of conditions around the world. We can also capture aerial imagery in support of marketing or research projects. Our pilots are FAA 107 certified and also can operate under OSU research regulations. The cost for specialized video is assessed at a base rate of $115 per hour ($75/hour cost of the operator plus an additional $40/hour for specialized equipment). Complex shots may require a team with separate camera operator and pilot and assume an additional $75/hour.
We welcome commercial and studio film crews to campus and OSU assets. We have a range of options depending on the size of the production.
Our team welcomes journalists, news and documentary teams to campus for a range of broadcast productions. There is no cost, but permits and production agreements are required for anyone filming on campus or at one of our facilities. We'll work to make your experience pleasant and productive.
This library of footage is available for any OSU entity, producer or journalist producing content about the univeristy, programs and faculty. Attribution in film/video credits should be: footage provided by Oregon State Productions.
Producers wishing to acquire footage captured by OSU Productions for entertainment or commercial projects that don't specifically reference or cover OSU can also license our footage for a fee. We have research, aerial and underwater footage filmed around Oregon and on all seven continents.
