Established in 1978, Bob’s Red Mill is a national leader in providing whole-grain natural foods. Oregon State received a $5 million gift from Bob’s Red Mill to launch a new research and outreach center focused on whole-grain foods nutrition. Bob’s Red Mill regularly works with the Food Innovation Center to develop new and interesting food mixes for its retail product line. The Food Innovation Center developed the whole-grain pancake mix that was showcased at the grand opening of Bob’s new food processing and mill location in Milwaukie.
